Open since December 2007, Aubergine Restaurant and Patisserie is ISCAHM’s fabulous restaurant which serves as a training ground for its students. The restaurant is located on the 2nd floor of the 32nd and 5th Building in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.
“Aubergine” is the French word for “Eggplant” (Solanum melongena), a large, heavy vegetable, usually pear-shaped and dark-purple.
