Norbert Gandler left the Mandarin in 2003 to begin a new phase in career: to mentor a professional culinary academy. Norbert, together with his friend and colleague, Hansjorg Schallenberg, put up a culinary and hotel management school in the Philippines to replicate the international standards and the traditional way by which they learned cooking in Europe - The International School for Culinary Arts and Hotel Management (ISCAHM). |
